Happytoys, discreet shipping

If you have decided to order something from Happytoys, you naturally want your order to be shipped discreetly. What does HappyToys do to ensure your order is sent to you securely?

Neutral packaging

HappyToys ships your order quickly and anonymously to your address. All our orders are packed in neutral packaging that does not feature the HappyToys name or logo. There is no information on the box that would indicate the nature of the package's contents.

What is shown on the packaging?

For privacy reasons, "Mail Order" is always used as the sender in the case of dropshipping. Our business address is listed as the return address (Orthen 18 Den Bosch).

Delivery only to the address you provided (not to the neighbors).

Your order will be sent to the address you provided. This can be your own address or another address if you prefer. Should no one be home at the time of delivery, your order will not be delivered to the neighbors (this applies to the Netherlands only). The parcel service will leave a notification, allowing the order to be collected the next working day at the nearest PostNL office. For shipments via DHL and UPS, one delivery attempt will be made, after which you can contact the delivery service.

What does a Happytoys package look like?

Below you can see examples of the exterior of our packages. Furthermore, you will find an image of an address label below. The name Happytoys is not visible on the package.

The sticker above is an example of the address label.

The sender is "Mail Order" and the content is "Internet order".

It also indicates that the package may only be delivered to the specified address and not to the neighbors.
